Testimonial
I can now confidently manage my ADHD through the strategies gained in ADHD coaching and Coping skills training. I have gained Time management and organizational skills which has allowed me to prioritize tasks and I now feel less stressed, overwhelmed or worried. My motivation has also increased and Im much more productive and happier because of this."(MD)
“Before working with Martina, my time blindness made work feel chaotic — I constantly underestimated how long tasks would take and it created stress and pressure. Martina helped me see time as a physical resource I can run out of, and that one shift changed everything. I still struggle sometimes, but I’m now significantly better at tracking time, planning realistically, and managing my workload with more control and confidence.” (HZ)
Before I worked with Martina, my mental health was affecting everything including my energy, my confidence, and my ability to cope at work. Martina created a safe, non-judgemental space and helped me build practical strategies I could use immediately. I feel more grounded, more in control, and much better equipped to manage stress, worries and triggers.” (BC)
